This position requires great communication skills and the ability to provide continuous excellent service. You will need to have an outgoing personality, be well presented, energetic, self motivated and adaptable. Reception and/or Administration experience is a must, along with a keen desire to learn and progress in the industry.
Your role will include:
• Managing a busy switchboard
• Meeting & greeting visitors
• Data entry
• Preparing & sending out general correspondence
• Marketing properties online via our CRM
• Assisting Property Management & Sales staff with administrative tasks
