At The Foot Clinic we are in the business of getting people back on their feet!
The Foot Clinic is looking for an experienced, organised and confident receptionist with excellent customer service skills.
The role includes:
- Patient management in person and on the phone - Invoicing and receipting, making appointments, handling enquiries
- Other general administrative duties
- Sterilising of instruments
- Being the ‘face’ of the clinic
Do you have:
- Administration experience, in a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills, in person and on the phone
- Excellent presentation
- Availability to work extra hours if needed due to other employees leave

This role is approximately 25 hours per week and the following days and hours are required:
Wednesday 9am-5pm
Thursday 12noon-7pm
Friday 9am-5pm
Saturday 8am-1pm
plus additional days and hours as required
