Address Sunshine Skin Clinic is looking for a permanent part time Medical Receptionist. We are a dedicated skin cancer clinic serving the community in North Brisbane for seven years. We proud ourselves in quality care and great working environment.
Medical receptionist job responsibilities:
welcomes patients and visitors in person or on the telephone, and answering referral inquiries
managing files and patient information to ensure patient confidentiality is maintained at all times
undertaking scanning, faxing, and importing and photocopying tasks when required
ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records
correct billing with complex skin cancer item numbers
maintaining a well organised, clean, efficient and confidential work space and assisting with end of day tidying and restocking.
Work hours and benefits:
two days a week and one Saturday a month
cover for sick leaves and annual leaves.
Medical receptionist skills/qualifications:
excellent communication and customer service skills
ability to work independently as well as within a team
strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task
an understanding of Best Practice an advantage but not essential.
