City Xray, in the Sydney CBD, is looking for an enthusiastic, quick thinking receptionist with good attention to detail and fabulous customer service skills.This is a full-time position Monday to Friday.
The Vision Xray network of medical imaging clinics provide quality care with personal and friendly service.
We thrive on teamwork and love to develop and support our staff.
You will be well supported with an experienced team to guide and educate.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Ensure patients are greeted with warmth and professionalism
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Promote a high standard of telephone customer service with minimal caller wait times
- Liaise with Managers and Radiologists regarding procedures and preparations
- Ensure correct invoicing and receipting of patient accounts
- General office admin, petty cash, mail, banking
The successful candidate will have:
