Qualifications & experience
- Strong communication skills
- Willing to learn new skills
- A passion for assisting others and building a strong and dedicated workforce
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet established deadlines
- Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information
- Proficient with Microsoft word, Excel, and knowledge of communiation software
Tasks & responsibilities
- Assisting with office admin work, manage phone calls and do other tasks as directed.
- Interview and hire support workers.
- Weekly rostering
- Keep all HR documents and folders up to date.
- Provide support to management team in all NDIS administrative and documentation tasks as required in a timely manner.
- Assist in NDIS Compliance/audit processes and documentation.
