Merv Newby Smash Repairs has been synonymous with the smash repair industry for over 60 years. We are based in the Rydalmere industrial area and our workshop is conveniently located 5 minutes from Parramatta and major roads & motorways.
Qualifications & experience
- The successful applicant must have a Friendly phone manner, be organised, can show empathy and is reliable.
- Ability to work in a team environment and willing to assist.
- Experience in the Smash Repair Industry an advantage, but not essential.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Greeting customers in office
- Answer incoming telephone calls
- Schedule repair booking dates
- Liaising with Customers and Insurance Companies
- General administration duties
