Epworth Medical Imaging (EMI) is seeking a professional Receptionist / Booking Clerk to join our administration team, located in East Melbourne. We have a full-time position available.
To be successful in this role you will have…
- Strong customer service with a focus on patient centred care
- A professional attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to multi-task and work cohesively in a team environment
- Working in a collaborative department with medical and non-medical personnel
- Previous administration experience in a Radiology practice, with a very good understanding of Radiology Information system (RIS) applications would be desirable.
We are seeking a professional Medical Receptionist who takes pride and ownership in their work and wants to be part of a growing organisation. We are looking for a team member who would excel in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on customer service, with accurate booking and billing skills.

Epworth Medical Imaging (EMI) is part of the Sonic Healthcare network, providing high quality imaging services to both Epworth Hospital locations and the wider community.
EMI employ approximately 250 highly skilled Radiologists and staff, providing Angiography, Intervention, Bone Mineral Densitometry (BMD), Computed Tomography, Dental X-Ray (OPG), General X-Ray, MRI, 3D and Contrast Mammography, Nuclear Medicine and PET and Ultrasound.
