We are looking for an Administrative Support Staff Member who :
- Has previously worked in an Administrative, Customer Service role
- Will thrive in a busy, stimulating clinic environment
- Is well presented, friendly and professional
- Has the personality to interact with both patients and staff, working as part of a team, whilst also possessing the ability to work independently and accurately
- Wants to work in an organisation that values you and your contribution to the Practice.
About the role :
- The position is Full-Time, however there is some flexibility in the role
- Training will be provided on site to ensure the transition into the new role, within a Physiotherapy environment, is as seamless as possible.

We are a Physiotherapy Practice that clearly differentiates ourselves from other clinics. We practice ethically and passionately and thus continue to grow at an incredibly rapid rate. Not only are we one of the few practices in Sydney that offers Aquatic Physiotherapy but we also provide hourly, one-one land Physiotherapy consultations. Thus the successful candidate will have a crucial role in maintaining a positive practice culture, being at the forefront of patient contact, as well as being at the heart of staff co-ordination.
The role which is pivotal, is also highly enjoyable, in a very friendly practice. Comprising a team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and a Remedial Massage Therapist, we service clients with complex care needs who form strong bonds with their Therapists. Therefore, there is very much a rewarding opportunity to develop a strong rapport with both the patients and their families.
