We have an exciting opportunity for a capable office all-rounder to join our team in a front-of-house reception role at our harbourside office location in Walsh Bay.
Reporting to our Office Coordinator, you will have experience working on a reception desk in a fast-paced, corporate environment.
This is a Full Time, office-based role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer and redirect incoming calls and take accurate messages.
- Meet and greet visitors.
- Manage meeting rooms.
- Process mail and organise couriers.
- Data entry.
- Prepare office correspondence.
- Manage office supplies.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Keep the office, meeting rooms and kitchen tidy, at all times.
- Various administration tasks to support the administration team.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook, especially Excel.
- Professional and confident.
- Extremely organised.
- Supportive, can-do attitude.
- Great eye for detail.
- Punctual and strong work ethic.
- Excellent phone manner.

You will have a strong customer focus, show initiative, happily take charge of our front-of-house office functions and be willing to pitch in wherever required.
