Form of workWe are looking for the perfect candidate to become part of the team at our High Class adult entertainment agency. We are seeking a friendly, honest receptionist to work of an evening at our gorgeous office in Waterloo.
Our receptionists do not meet clientele and the office is only for contractors and reception. The role requires someone who is fast on their feet, adaptable and capable of multi tasking effectively.
Role Expectations
- Managing a large number of phones and enquiries
- Organising and scheduling appointments for both contractors and clientele
- Maintaining office cleanliness pre/post shift
- Handling cash and Eftpos transactions
- Basic photo editing and social media experience
- Basic knowledge of excel, word etc
- Finalisation of shift including but not limited to expenses, appointment details and contractor earnings
- Creating and maintaining website advertising regularly
- Available of an evening and weekends (roster is rotational fortnightly)
