Receptionist required.
AAA Door Closers Pty Ltd is a service focused, family run company in the automatic door, roller shutter and gate industry in Melbourne.
We are looking for another staff member to join our expanding team based in Carrum Downs.
The position is full time (Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm) with a 38-hour week.
We have a modern open plan office with onsite parking (own vehicle recommended due to limited public transport in the area).
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated to work in our family business.
The role would include but not limited to:
Customer relations.
Answering the phones.
Replying to emails.
Entering job details into our system.
Separating completed jobs for quotes.
Tracking and entering quotes acceptance.
General office duties.
Liaising with the field technicians.
Experience in the following areas would be useful:
Customer relations.
Working with AroFlo or similar.
Good working knowledge of word, excel and MS Office.
Similar roles with other trades or service-based companies.
Remuneration $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 plus super and is based on experience and skill level.
