Receptionist

East Coast Oral Surgery Services is a growing business currently located in Pymble and Mona Vale to service the northern beaches and north shore communities.  You will work alongside a team of friendly, well established Oral Surgeons and Dental Surgeons who are experts in their field and highly regarded within the industry.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is genuinely passionate about customer service and providing care and assistant to our lovely patients.  We are passionate about delivering a friendly, patient focused service.  You will spend your days interacting with our patients face to face and over the phone. 

We operate a flexible work environment where possible.  School pick ups, study timetables, holiday leave etc will all be considered when creating rosters which are issued with plenty of notice.  The practice is open Monday – Friday 8am to 6pm so there is no weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Providing the highest level of care to patients over the phone and face to face
• General reception and administration duties 
• Processing payments
• Ensuring accurate record keeping
