About the Role:
CarPlace Brisbane are seeking a customer-focused Receptionist to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, addressing their needs promptly, and ensuring a smooth beginning to an anxiety free customer journey.
To be successful in the role you will need:
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Enthusiastic, friendly and proactive demeanour with a helpful attitude
- Computer literate with strong accuracy and attention to detail
