SalaryCalling all Receptionists!! One of Melbourne's largest privately-owned Dealership Groups are currently seeking a happy, friendly and efficient experienced Service Receptionist to join the industry leading Service team at their Footscray location.

- Salary $50k plus super
- Answering telephone calls in a timely manner
- Being a Host to all the Guest in the service area
- Welcome all on-site visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Logging telephone calls as required
- Invoicing, filing and general administration duties
- Outstanding presentation

- High level of professionalism & well spoken

- Exceptional organisational skills
- Exceptional phone manner
- Superb interpersonal skills
