About the Role:

• Perform administrative tasks for Administration Coordinator, including arranging meetings, typing, filing, etc. 
• Answer incoming telephone calls, triage and either take message or transfer call to the relevant staff member
• Warmly greet all visitors and new admissions by name where possible
• Receive deliveries, ensure all deliveries are in good condition, and that delivery matches invoice. 
• Post and receive mail
• Faxing, copying, laminating, scanning, displaying of notices, filing and archiving
• Maintain a clean and tidy workplace including packing up of activity equipment after each use
• Assist the order of supplies, e.g. stationary, cleaning materials and other goods

Skills you need to success:

• Intermediate computer literacy, including experience using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Strong phone etiquette & face to face customer service 
• Self-motivated person with high levels of initiative and ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to establish rapport with people from diverse backgrounds and age groups.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy.
• An awareness of, and sensitivity to, the needs of older people.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn new software applications
• Outstanding attention to detail

Job Timing:

Mon to Fri - 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
