The Moe RSL is seeking a receptionist to cover maternity leave for the period of 20 weeks.
This could also lead into a casual position with the organisation.
The hours will be Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm, with the potential for some weekend hours also.
The successful candidate will be offered on site training in the RSL's IGT program and RSL loyalty rewards program.
A strong knowledge on the Microsoft suite of programs is essential, as well as a prior reception background.
The role will include daily tasks such as:
- Cash Handling
- Interacting with customers / members (including signing up memberships).
- Taking phone calls / bookings
- Emailing customers / internal managers
- Other tasks as required
