Evolve Clinical Pilates is a friendly, fast growing pilates and physiotherapy practice in the south eastern, bayside area of Melbourne. Our business focuses on physiotherapy hands on treatment and the clinical pilates discipline, with services run by physiotherapists who are highly experienced in managing a range of musculo-skeletal conditions. The practice is open 9am until 9pm Mon to Thu, 9am to 8pm Fri.
A position has become available for a Senior Receptionist with general practice/allied health experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be a role model for other employees in providing high level customer service, whilst completing key tasks relating to administration and the general day to day running of the practice.
The ideal candidate must be confident in:
- All aspects of Allied Health reception
- Billing, receipting and scheduling of appointments
- Answering telephone calls and enquiries
- Assisting physios when required
- Overseeing the day to day running of the practice under the guidance of the directors.
- Organising monthly admin rosters
- Making changes to physio schedules/rosters as required
- Ordering and purchasing stationery and practice supplies
- Following up debtors; private and third party
- Training of new staff
- Maintaining relationships with other local health professionals
The position necessitates teamwork to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the front of house, while providing an exceptional standard of care for patients.

This position is preferrable for a Full Time applicant however part time hours of approx. 30 hours per week from Monday to Friday for the right candidate can be negotiated.
