River City Anaesthesia is a well-established specialist practice. Our team consists of Specialists Anaesthetists and administration/reception staff.
We are looking for a full time five days a week medical receptionist/Administrator to join our expanding team.
About You:
This position is located at our rooms at Paddington Rooms. You will need to be a team player, have a friendly disposition to your colleagues and patients, be able to take, follow and give instructions, and be a self-starter with regard to using your initiative and logic.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Patient Co-ordination
- Reception duties
- Recording notes
- Generating hospital quotes & discussing fees
- Data entry via Anaesthetic Private Practice medical software
- Private Health Fund billing
- General reception duties
