It is a healthcare destination located in the heart of Brisbane City on the renowned Wickham Terrace.
We are looking for a full-time Medical Reception/Pharmacy Admin Role who shares our vision for health and is looking for a role that is challenging and diverse that inspires you to a new level of job satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:
- Greater than 1 year experience in a medical reception role
- Strong attention to detail
- Answering phone calls and order taking via our Ordering Portal
- Maintaining and managing patient information, filing, Pharmacy admin
- Knowledge of Best Practice Software is essential
- Use our New Patient ordering logistics Portal for the flow of orders through our business with streamline payments.
- Being familiar with FRED dispense & POS & PK compounding software would be advantageous but not necessary
This position is offered as full time Monday - Friday.
