Form of work Receptionist - Mercedes-Benz Warwick Farm - NSW As our new Receptionist, your role will be to coordinate and perform the day to day administration requirements for our Sales team from a front of house reception position within our Mercedes-Benz dealership in Warwick Farm. Operating in a busy environment you will be using your brilliant multi-tasking skills to maintain a bright and bubbly face to visitors whilst providing high end quality administration support to our teams!To achieve this, your key duties and major activities will include: Providing exceptional customer service at the front office, providing all customers a warm welcome to the centre and assisting with all aspects. Answering incoming phone calls and providing assistance over the phone and via email. Completing front office and administration duties in accordance with the standard operating procedures. What you need to succeed in the role: Able to work full-time Strong customer service skills and the demonstrated ability to manage enquiries in a professional manner. Intermediate demonstrated computer skills including proficient use of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Office 365. Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills. Experience in a busy environment with the demonstrated ability to manage the competing demands of a busy environment, work to deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
