Receptionist - Mission Foods

Established in 1949, Mission Foods is one of the world’s leading flatbreads and corn flour producers. Our range includes Wraps and Mini Wraps, Mexican tortillas, Mexican Dinner Kits and Corn Chips. All products are made with the highest quality ingredients to ensure that great Mission taste and flavour.

We are currently looking for a superstar receptionist who will ensure all visitors, incoming call, mail and deliveries are dealt with in a friendly, professional and efficient manner. This position is integral to upholding the culture and image of the company as well as providing customer service and administration support across the organisation of Mission Foods (Australia).

The successful applicant will have:

• Previous exposure in a manufacturing environment
• Intermediate Excel & Advanced Word & PowerPoint skills required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good organisation, follow through and attention to detail
• Punctual and professional approach to work
• Have a strong client service ethic and a proactive attitude
• Lives to multi task and take ownership of their role
• Enjoy being part of a vibrant team
• Happy to do anything with a smile
