RECEPTIONIST / OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
A new position has become available at our automotive workshop in Eltham. The position will be 3 days per week.
Essentially, the role involves customer service – answering telephones for enquiries and bookings, greeting customers, taking customer payments and handover of vehicles. You would be making bookings for customer car servicing and repairs using a software program called Workshop Software – training provided, but previous experience would be a definite advantage. The program is also used to invoice customers and receipt their payments. This program is also used to manage our small fleet of courtesy vehicles. Some MYOB experience would also be very well regarded. A current Victorian Driver’s License is mandatory. Previous experience working in customer service / reception / office admin is essential.
Other responsibilities include managing supplier accounts and statement reconciliations, general office admin duties, managing office and staff supplies, dealing with supplier queries and adhoc assistance to mechanical staff. You will also take pride in presenting a tidy and welcoming front office reception.
We have been servicing cars in Eltham for over 30 years. You will be the face of one of our two family owned and operated automotive workshops in Eltham.
