Key Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound phone and email inquiries.
- Handling general administrative tasks - data entry, new job files, monthly invoicing & archiving.
- Supporting Management and team members as needed.
- HSEQ support.
- Social Media co-ordinator.
Key Requirements:
- Experienced receptionist / administrator preferred.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- High level of professionalism and courtesy.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Works well with others and can multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
- Great attention to detail.
