On behalf of our client, a professional services firm that is going from strength to strength, we are looking for a Receptionist/ Office Assistant to join the team asap for 2 weeks.
This role will be based on Reception.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team and assist with the running of the office. The main purpose of this role is to ensure that the office is running smoothly this includes meeting room management, ordering office supplies, meeting and greeting clients and assisting with administration for the office.
This role reports into the Office Manager of the business. The role requires you to be in the office 5 days and be the go to person in the office. You will also be part the events team working with the team to organise the office socials and Christmas parties etc.
This candidate Must be polished, articulate, and most importantly reliable. This candidate needs to be in the office full time as they will be the face of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff
- Managing all aspects of the day to day running of the office
- Setting up meeting rooms
- Organize and assisting with events
- Order stationery and kitchen supplies
- Organized travel by setting up new accounts for new team members
- Manage new starters by issuing access cards and locker access
- Being the go-to person for all office-related / receptionist tasks
- Providing administration support to the 2 EAs
- Organising meetings and catering
- Assisting with any administration tasks from the Team of Executives
Key Requirements:
- Competent skills in MS office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe.
- Professional and polished
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organization skills
- Previous experience working in an office environment
