THP Dream-House Australia Pty Ltd is a growing family orientated business that recently entered the Australian market in October 2021. A wholesaler that supplies a wide range of high-quality tiles mainly catered to commercial, residential, construction and retail sectors. We are expanding our portfolio by offering one stop solutions to our end customers via e-commerce platform with other products including tooling, equipment, consumables, hardware and repair works.
- $26 - $28 per hour with superannuation based on experience.
- Working hours: Monday – Friday from 9am to 5pm.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of basic accounting, competent in various Microsoft applications and accounting software.
- A great team player who is proficient in English, good verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service skills, administrative and interpersonal skills, able to multitask with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to converse or read mandarin will be an advantage.
- A full-time position who is able to start work immediately. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Attend, organize and prepare refreshments for customers or walk ins upon arrival in showrooms.
- Attend to direct incoming telephone and email inquiries ensuring customer service excellence and phone etiquette.
- Organize and maintain supply of office supplies, equipment and demands.
- Perform and maintain basic accounting records, order fulfilment, payroll, building customer databases and inventory management.
- Provide administrative support to the general manager, other departments and ad-hoc duties.
- Arranging appointments or meetings and taking minutes.
