The role:
We are looking for an office support manager to assist with general administration and to help the Principal with office management, marketing, events, accounts (alongside dedicated accounts staff), recruitment and the growth of the Firm.
You will be the face of the business, the first port of call for clients, and the one our lawyers depend on.
Experience with administrative work and general marketing is essential, and creative experience such as with Canva, social media and digital marketing (such as managing Google Ads) is strongly preferred. Prior experience in a legal firm, and / or an interest in the law, would also be strongly preferred. The role would be well suited to an experienced legal secretary, or law student able to work full-time.
About You:
Experience: strong administrative and computer skills, marketing, social media and ability to learn new processes.
Autonomous & Proactive: hit the ground running and take initiative in the administrative and marketing duties (once you have received training);
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, good people-reading skills and;
Skills: Excellent time management skills, ability to use MS Suite and computers generally with confidence, keen eye for detail and good common sense and street smarts.
Team player: Willing to work with the team to achieve great results and respectful and positive “can do” attitude; and
Personable: be well presented with confidence and good phone manner, but most importantly, you will be warm and open, a fan of banter, social and approachable (as our friendly culture is extremely important to us).

Duties:
You will have a broad variety of work with both ongoing and ad hoc tasks, including in the areas of general office organisation and management, marketing, recruitment, merchandising, content creation, events, client management, reception and networking.
You will report to the Principal, Dominic Green, and primarily assist him, while also helping the team generally.
You will also be responsible for general office tidiness and operations, which includes menial tasks such as phone management, keeping the office clean (i.e., taking out kitchen bins when necessary, keeping front desk tidy etc), getting the mail and office supplies, but the other perks of the job will make up for it.
Ideally, we would like someone who can jump on board immediately or as soon as possible.
