The Company
Work for a leading global retail company at their head office located in Melbourne's South Eastern suburbs. You will be part of a supportive and warm culture, with access to an on site cafe and free parking!!!
The Role
Working at the front desk as the first point of contact, you will be responsible for setting the foundation for a positive customer experience. This position is fast paced and diverse, where no day is the same, communicating and liaising with all levels of stakeholders.
Your day to day duties will include:
- Meet and greet all visitors via phone and face to face, making them feel welcome
- Manage all visitor and team member queries
- Answer phone calls using the switchboard
- Coordinate boardroom bookings and maintain meeting rooms
- Reconcile visitor, contractor and employee day passes
- Organise catering, couriers and post
- Assist with office operations including IT and telephone tasks
- Provide general administration support to the wider team
What you will need to succeed?
- Experience in a similar reception/team/office administrator position within corporate environments
- A bubbly, easy going approach with great organisational skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Enthusiastic and a "can-do" attitude
- Flexible and adaptable to an ever-changing environment with a willingness to jump in and help!
