AddressAn exciting new opportunity exists for an experienced Administrative Assistant and receptionist to join a successful and committed team at the Fronditha Care St Albans Residential Facility.
This role is in a job share capacity and we are on the lookout for two administration assistants to work 3 days a week.

What you will do
- Performing telephone and reception duties efficiently
- Covid Marshal duties/screening entrants to the facility
- Payroll processing and data entry
- Email delivery to internal and external stakeholders where required
- Updating notice boards where required
- Ensuring stationary supplies are ordered and delivered
- Provide general administrative support to internal and external stakeholders where required
- Rostering staff to shifts and performing roster changes where required
What we look for
- Excellent customer service delivery and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are required
- Previous relevant experience, ideally in an administrative position is essential
- Formal qualification in Administration will be highly regarded.
- High attention to detail with a pro-active approach
- Experience with MS suite is preferable
- Comfortable working within a team as well as autonomously
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Ability to speak Greek is essential however not limited to
