An opportunity has become available for an experienced Receptionist to join our team on a permanent Part Time basis, working approximately 22.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, and every second Saturday 8:30am to 5:00pm (8 hours). Must have some flexibility around providing cover for other team member's holidays and sick leave as necessary.
This role is available now, with some training provided. Applicants must be strong on Reception and have excellent customer service skills.
Key duties of this position:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Delivering accurate messages
- Welcoming showroom guests
- Offering and preparing refreshments for guests
- Logging showroom visitor activity
- Compiling daily sales reporting for the sales management team
- General administration and database responsibilities
Key requirements for this position:
- Previous experience working as a dedicated receptionist
- Friendly and professional phone manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- High standard of presentation
- Attention to detail in accurately recording data
- Able to work independently and as a team member (we have 2 other Receptionists)
