About the role
Exciting times at UGL! Due to business demand, we have created a brand new full time permanent opportunity for a Receptionist to join UGL in our beautiful new Southbank office in Melbourne. You will manage the reception area, ensuring a positive first impression of the company, greet visitors and provide a high quality of administrative support to the business. 38 hours Monday to Friday.
Your responsibilities
- Greet all visitors, answer calls, organise Guest Wi-Fi access, coordinate entry passes, distribute messages and monitor Southbank Reception email
- Order and manage stationery, IT equipment, couriers and catering needs, liaise with suppliers and service providers, and building maintenance contractors
- Admin support will be varied providing support to managers and their teams
About you
- Considerable and current experience in reception and admin roles
- A warm, professional and customer focused outlook
- The ability to establish working relationships with a broad range of people
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel and ideally SAP and Concur
