Qualifications & experience
- Sound administrative skills & attention to detail
- Sound computer skills - knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new CRMs
- Excellent communication skills and phone manner
- Team player!
- Highly reliable
- Outstanding presentation skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Agents Rep Certificate would be highly regarded
Your role
- Front desk reception – exceptional customer service skills essential
- Answering incoming phone calls and taking accurate information
- Liaising with both current and prospective tenants and landlords
- Providing admin support to Property Managers
- Range of general administrative duties
- Direct career path into Property Management for successful candidate
- Working 1 in 4 Saturdays with time off in lieu
