About the role
You will be in charge of managing the reception area and meeting and greeting anyone that comes in. We are looking for someone with strong admin skills that is passionate about Real Estate.
Duties
- Managing the reception and any enquiries that come through
- Putting together Authorities
- Filling contracts for Sales Agents
- Data entry
- Managing queries with properties
- Coordinating key drop offs and driving out to properties
- Supporting the team with any admin duties
Skills & Experience
- Must have at least 2 years' experience in similar position in Real Estate
- Agent's rep certificate is desired but not necessary
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong work ethic
- Exceptional multitasking skills and time management
- Full driver's license
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and looking to build a career in Property Management
