Biggin & Scott Wyndham City are currently seeking a permanent full time professional with reception or administrative experience, right attitude, excellent customer service skills and drive to succeed in Real Estate.
The ideal candidate will be immaculately presented, professionally mannered with a perfect phone manner. Experience with multi-tasking, Agent Rep Certificate and busy reception will be favoured upon.
Working 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday - Friday, this role will have you engaged in the following responsibilities:

Here are some common roles and responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support such as answering phones, responding to emails, managing calendars, and scheduling appointments for real estate agents and clients.
Document Management: Maintain and organize documents, including contracts, leases, listings, and other paperwork. Ensure all documents are properly filed and easily accessible.
Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, providing information about properties, scheduling property viewings, and addressing inquiries and concerns.
Database Management: Maintain databases of properties, clients, and contacts. Update property listings, client information, and other data as needed.
Marketing Support: Assist with marketing efforts such as preparing marketing materials, creating property listings, and managing social media accounts. Coordinate advertising campaigns and promotional activities.
Financial Administration: Handle financial tasks such as processing payments, invoicing clients, and maintaining financial records. Coordinate with accounting and finance departments as necessary.
Property Management Support: Assist with property management tasks such as coordinating repairs and maintenance, handling tenant inquiries, and managing rental agreements.
Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and coordinating maintenance and repairs.
Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating events such as open houses, client appreciation events, and real estate seminars.
Compliance and Regulation: Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and standards. Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations affecting the real estate industry.
Team Support: Provide support to real estate agents and other team members as needed. Assist with tasks such as preparing presentations, conducting research, and coordinating meetings.
Problem Solving: Address any issues or concerns that arise in the office, including resolving conflicts, handling complaints, and finding solutions to operational challenges.
Technology Management: Stay up-to-date with relevant software and technology used in the real estate industry. Provide technical support to staff members and troubleshoot any issues with software or hardware.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous reception / admin experience essential.
- Highly developed telephone, written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to produce high quality work with meticulous attention to detail.
- A team player with a can-do attitude.
- Immaculate presentation.
- Ability to multi task and take initiative.
- Reliable and have a willingness to learn.
- Valid driver's license and own car.
- Excellent computer skills including MS office suite.
- Knowledge of the local area.
