Real Estate Administration / Receptionist:
Barry Plant Inner City Group are looking for an energetic and friendly receptionist/administration professional to join our fun and fast-paced team at our Coburg Branch! With potential for growth in the Real Estate industry, we are seeking a highly motivated individual passionate about delivering strong customer service.
The Role
The receptionist role will provide coverage to the front of house administration processes. You will provide exceptional client service and create a first class environment for all clients and visitors.
- Monday - Friday 9:00pm-5:30pm
- Open to entry level and previously experienced applicants
- Meet and Greet clients and visitors
- Answer incoming calls and queries
- Key coordination of administration processes
- Correspondence and mail
- Marketing and general admin support to the team
- Rental administration
- Sale administration assistance (when required)
- Any other administration and office tasks.
