- Greeting visitors and clients of the business
- Handling and directing all inbound calls.
- Front desk reception duties
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills

Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience is a preference
- Exceptional customer service skills and a can-do attitude
- Impeccable self-presentation

- Experience using Microsoft Office suite.

- Experience with CRM software
