Our stylish gaming floor, ala carte restaurant, vibrant cafe and classy cocktail lounge are all connected to our Reception team. Being the first and last impression of The Westport Club, our Receptionists are the conduit of information for our members & guests between what's on in Westport.

As a Receptionist in our team, you day to day will involve:
- Working shifts across all operational hours of the club. Shifts may start at 7:45am, while others will be through the night and finish at 3:30am.
- Having strong availability, as your shifts will frequently be across nights, weekends & public holidays
- Welcoming members & guests into our club and ensuring they comply with club policies upon entering
- Signing up patrons to our membership program to enable them receive discounts & enter our promotions
- Connecting our guests, both in person & over the phone, to the activities in the club
- Completing bookings for our restaurant & events centre
- Engaging people with your bubbly personality & contributing to our progressive team to ensure the safety of our venue
For you application to be considered for this role you must have a valid NSW RSA & RCG qualification upon applying. If you do not have these qualifications, please attach a cover letter to your application outlining when you will attain your RSA & RCG.
