What will you be doing in this role:
Based on reception and supporting a sales and operations team you will be the first point of contact for all inbound calls and guests visiting the office. This role will see you learn how to run an office along with how the sales and property management process works from end to end.
- Answer all inbound calls, direct or take messages
- Greet guests, set up meeting rooms
- Arrange refreshments for guests
- Upload and withdraw properties from website
- Issue keys and hand over of documents to clients
- Prepare brochures and sales collateral
- Prepare on home and auction packs
- Order office and kitchen supplies
- Keep reception and the meeting areas tidy at all times
- Manage in and outgoing mail, book couriers
- Set up and pack down the office for the day
The right candidate will have:
- A current certificate of registration
- Experience in a reception or customer facing role
- Sharp presentation as you will be the face of the business
- The ability to manage your time and prioritise tasks
- A professional and friendly phone manner
- The eagerness to learn and progress with this business
- Proficient with using Canva desirable
- A confident phone manner
