About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team at an Aged Care Facility in Frankston. The ideal candidate will have experience working autonomously and be adept at handling residents queries and concerns. Meet and greet with visitors and contractors. As a crucial part of our team, you will work closely with the Passivity Manager and Nurse Unit Manager, contributing to seamless information sharing.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize MS Office products, including Outlook, to organize rosters and process timesheets efficiently.
- Liaise with suppliers for purchases, ensuring the facility's needs are met promptly.
- Maintain petty cash records with precision.
- Take a firm stance in managing Covid protocols for visitors, ensuring the safety of residents and staff.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in autonomous work and dealing with residents, visitors, and contractors.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to manage petty cash records and handle supplier interactions.
- Familiarity with Covid protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe environment.
- A can-do attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
