The Role:
Based at our state-of-the-art Woodlea Sales Hub in Aintree (Rockbank), this casual / weekend position is an important customer facing role in our busy sales centre. Your key tasks will be:
- Data entry and keeping the database up to date
- Customer pre-qualification phone calls, both incoming and outgoing
- Assisting with ‘walk-in’ enquiry
- Assist in making sure the sales hub is presentable and ready to open prior to advertised opening times
- Assist with any assigned tasks by the sales team
- Greet all visitors in a welcoming and courteous manner and maintain high level of customer service
About you:
The successful applicant MUST have the following experience and qualities:
- Be available for an immediate start
- Be flexible and available to work weekends (3-5 days per week)
- Be a team player
- Be professional and have a polished appearance at all times
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident on the phone and with face-to-face communication
- Ability to pick up new information in a fast-paced work environment
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite Skills including excel, typing and strong attention to detail
- Salesforce experience an advantage but not required
