About the role :
Located at our office in Moe, we’re on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic receptionist to become an integral part of our close-knit team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring quality services for our valued clients, actively following up on queries and providing vital information and assistance.
Key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of reception area
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required
- Assist with data entry, filing, purchasing, fleet management and other ad hoc office tasks
- Assist with special projects and events as assigned
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar receptionist, switchboard or administrative role
- Minimum Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent
- Experience with ShiftCare highly desirable
- Proven organisational and time management skills with multitasking abilities whilst remaining calm under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- High level of personal responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- A current National Police Check, WWCC, First Aid & CPR, Full driver's license and own reliable vehicle.
