About the role:
- Motel Reception duties
- Work closely with the Executives to support in all administrative areas such as admin reception, event and tour diary management.
- Be proactive with distributing accommodation requests from travel agents, group bookings and direct clients.
- Providing general sales support to General Manager
- Accurately recording event inquiries
- Preparing group event proposals & sales contracts
- Maintaining communication with our existing customers
- Must be available to work early mornings/evenings and weekends, when required

- Creative flair and an eye for detail
- Proven successful record in a similar team environment
- An energetic, fun and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to meet deadlines and tasks within a very busy environment
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations with your own initiative
- Be confident and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Socials Media) coupled with a proven ability to learn Company systems quickly
Must have:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Motel receptionist.
