Receptionist/Administration Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join our growing team.
Job Brief:
- Provide general admin assistance such as - drafting letters, managing emails, scanning, copying, filing, binding, updating documents and prepare outgoing mail
- Main point of contact for all calls to the business, answering within 3 rings
- Collect and sort mail daily
- Prepare new owner/tenant files
- Running errands locally when needed
- Ensure our reception area and meeting rooms are always sparkling
- Any other administrative tasks as required from time to time.

What we are looking for:
- The ability to communicate professionally with clients and provide. responsive and efficient service to callers and visitors where applicable.
- The ability to develop positive and professional relationships with works colleagues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate a willingness to take on tasks and be committed to the team.
- Attention to detail and time management is paramount.
Pre-requisites:
- Have a reliable car and valid Driver Licence
- Ability to produce a clear, current National Police Check
- Completion of Year 12 – VCE
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite
- 1-2 years reception/administration experience
An advantage:
- Experience using MS Teams Dialling
- Basic knowledge of MS Teams, Sharepoint & OneDrive
