The position
You will be the first point of contact for parents, students, visitors and contractors at our Junior campus. The Receptionist communicates in a warm and welcoming manner and conveys a high level of competence and efficiency in their dealings with our clients, the public, staff and the students.
You will also provide support to the Junior School Directors in a variety of administrative tasks.
The role requires excellent interpersonal skills to be able to interact effectively at all levels of the School and with a wide range of people.
The position also provides support to the Business Office through the provision of financial services and to the Junior School staff through the provision of administrative assistance.
