Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Our city-based law firm is well-known and respected.  We specialize in Wills and Estate Planning.

We currently have an opportunity for a full-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our close-knit team.  

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Answering calls and dealing with clients.
• Hand delivering documents around the city each day, as required.
• Secretarial tasks including audio typing, document preparation and filing.
• Completing online searches and lodgments.

 The successful candidate will require:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills are essential 
• An enthusiastic and positive attitude
• Maintaining the strictest level of client confidentiality
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work both independently with initiative, and as part of a team

Remuneration will be based on the level of experience.

The hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch break each day.
