Our city-based law firm is well-known and respected. We specialize in Wills and Estate Planning.
We currently have an opportunity for a full-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our close-knit team.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Answering calls and dealing with clients.
- Hand delivering documents around the city each day, as required.
- Secretarial tasks including audio typing, document preparation and filing.
- Completing online searches and lodgments.
The successful candidate will require:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills are essential
- An enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Maintaining the strictest level of client confidentiality
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work both independently with initiative, and as part of a team
Remuneration will be based on the level of experience.
The hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch break each day.
