Your new role
Your new role as Administration Assistant will be responsible for:
- Managing an email inbox and forwarding to the correct person to action
- Greeting visitors, signing them in and issuing site passes
- Answering incoming calls
- Incoming and outgoing mail
- Manage car park bookings and security pass register
- Maintaining the kitchens and reception area
- Grocery orders and delivery to two sites
What you'll need to succeed
This is a short-term assignment commencing mid-May for two weeks. You will need to be a motivated, organised individual who is happy to pick up duties as they arise.
Previous experience in reception duties are required.What you'll get in return
