We are a busy customer focused Real Estate company. Harcourts Mandurah are market leaders in sales and property management. As the face of the business you will require a ‘can do attitude’, a friendly welcoming smile and a great phone manner.
Job tasks and responsibilities
The core duties of this role is to welcome our clients into our busy office as well as answering telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner. You will also perform various administration functions for our sales and property management teams.
You will join our team of over 50 professionals who work hard to achieve great outcomes for their clients, and enjoy some fun and laughter along the way.
Skills and experience
Exceptional personal skills, attention to detail and a great attitude are the main requirements to fill this role. The successful candidate will have good computer skills. The ability to use a digital phone system including the wearing of a headset is a requirement. Experience in a similar role in a Real Estate office would be an advantage but is not a requirement.
