We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Receptionist/Office Administrator for our busy sign company in Fyshwick. MYOB experience preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
Hours of work are 8am-4pm Monday-Friday however we are flexible with this and can offer school hours to the right applicant.
Duties involve:
- Invoicing
- Data Entry
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Monthly Superannuation Returns
- Quarterly Long Service Leave Returns
- Reception
- General office work
