Our client is a market leader in the ecommerce space, with multiple, innovative product offerings. A newly created role exists for a strong team player with outstanding numeracy and Excel skills, to hit the ground running
Reporting to the Finance Manager, key aspects of the role include:
- High volume daily, weekly, monthly merchant reconciliations
- Daily reconciliation of merchant balances
- Daily statement/accuracy checks
- Review and process settlements/refunds
- Daily use of Excel (V-lookups, Pivot tables etc) to manipulate data
Our ideal applicant need not come from an accounting background, but must have a high level of numeracy. Strong consideration will be given to candidates with high volume credit card reconciliation and/or merchant/open banking experience. We need a seasoned administrator, with extensive reconciliations experience in a high volume transactional environment, intermediate to advanced excel literacy, and a keen eye for detail.
Our client offers a friendly and relaxed office environment. The position will work in the office 5 days per week, with flexibility to WFH in certain circumstances (i.e. sick children).
