Records Officer

We have a great opportunity for a Records Officer to join my client on a 2 month contract, full time hours.
 
Ideally, we are looking for immediate start until 3 May 2024 with high possibility for an extension.
We are looking for someone with the follow skills:

• Knowledge of systems of government (IT CRM platforms, records management etc) – records management system we use is HPE (CM).
• Sound/expert knowledge and skills regarding the preparation of documents and decisions to a delegate for approval and dissemination
• Sound analytical skills
• Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team
• High level accuracy and attention to detail skill set
• Problem solver using an innovative approach
• Work well autonomously

With your knowledge and experience in records management, you will:
- Manage the clients ECM system and business records including registrations, closures, storage, retrieval, archiving, destruction and linkage with Connext
- Ensure compliance of clients record keeping system and practices with regulatory and accountability requirements, Record Keeping Governance Policy, Public records Act, QLD State Archives obligations and relevant information Standards and their clients Policies and Procedures.
