Records Officer | Aps 4

I am working with a small Federal Government organisation to find an APS 4Records Officer, to be based at Brindabella Park. (Note - parking is FREE!)

This is a 12 month contract, with the possibility of longer term work beyond that.

You do not need a security clearance to apply for this role.  If you're chosen as the successful applicant, you will be granted a Baseline security clearance after commencement.

Your day-to-day work will involve:

• Checking that relevant records are saved in Content Manager
• Requesting approval for disposal of records from shared drives/Content Manager
• Adding access controls in Content Manager

In order to have your application considered, you must:

• Have had previous experience as a Records Officer within a Federal Government organisation
• Be experienced with using Content Manager (ideally, version 10.1)
• Be able to commence early April
